After GlueChek™ finds a problem with the glue lines, or FoldChek™ identifies manufacturer’s joint gap issues by analyzing pictures taken of every box at full production speed, BundleChek™ receives a signal and quickly diverts the bundle containing the issue to an alternate conveyor. With BundleChek™, manufacturers and customers alike can be sure that defective boxes are eliminated from the shipment.

A series of line scan cameras image the entire width of the FlexoFolderGluer or DieCutter to collect a full size image of every fed sheet. Sheet size, rotation and print quality are assessed on each sheet and compared to either a pdf golden standard or a learned golden standard.

Eliminate customer quality problems caused by poor or defective printing on corrugated boxes. Using high speed imaging, RegChek™ captures images of each and every box going through your flexo-folder-gluer, to measure print variation in relation to the standard value set at the beginning of the order run. For specific box designs, RegChek also identifies color registration variations in relation to the board edges, as well as variations in the slot depth.
