We manage the development process of the spring until it is ready for serial production. We produce torsion springs with wire diameters of 0.20 to 4.00 mm, with or without torque testing.

With the help of our specialist expertise, we will find the right solution for you together. We produce both single-turn and multi-turn designs with wavy and straight surfaces.

Just as their terms imply, the gap type is split to retain a gap between the ends, while the overlap type has overlapping ends. Thus, the ends are free to move circumferentially as the spring outside diameter grows during compression.
