Fibertex is dedicated to developing innovative products for the composites industry. The latest innovation is a product line Fibertex nonwovens composites and laminates, Compoflex® product that provides an extremely easy stripping properties. This product line includes Compoflex® SB with outstanding features and Compoflex® RF with integrated grille flow resin.
Compoflex® are nonwoven materials of 100% polypropylene, except Compoflex®150 Compoflex® RF and RF SB 150, which are a blend of polypropylene and polyester.
The material consists of two or three layers: a microporous layer peel-and-bleeder layer and / or mesh flow properties and therefore includes in one of several materials.
Non-woven fabrics for composites and laminates Compoflex® can replace up to three layers depending on the technology. Two main options are Vacuum Vacuum infusion and pre-preg and hand lay-up.
